Michael Montes, an 18-year-old Latino, died Monday, May 18, after he was shot in a parking lot in the 3600 block of West Imperial Highway in Inglewood, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
Coroner's officials said Montes was standing in the lot when a car pulled up and someone fired several shots at him.
