Died Aug. 20, 2011
Miguel Puente, a 47-year-old Latino, was found dead Saturday, Aug. 20, in the 15100 block of Gundry Avenue in Paramount, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office, said officers responded to a home about 3:53 p.m. and discovered Puente in the garage.
He had suffered blunt head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene, Winter said.
Puente may have died during a domestic violence incident, however officials are still investigating.
