I grew up playing with 'Otis' & his brother. I lived on Wilkie from the 80's until 94'. He was always funny & handsome. I was/am shocked @ what happened to him. Soo many fond memories of water balloon fights, riding on the 'spree':-) and just hanging out in/around the 'horse-shoe', walking to M.S.H.S. & even seeing you get behind the wheel, riding around the neighborhood....(fun times as pre-teens 7 teens. Brother, you are missed. my heart goes out to your entire family. Stay strong, stay focused williams family... He really was a cool person.
