Paul Martinez, 22, a Latino man, was stabbed at 257 E. Ave. Q-10 in Palmdale, and died at a hospital at 2:45 a.m. Thursday, May 24. Martinez was walking through an empty field in the dead of night with two friends when two other men attacked them. One of the attackers had a knife and stabbed Martinez. The attackers are believed to be Latino, investigators said.
