Rafael Rivera, 33, was shot many times in the 800 block of East 31st Street south of downtown Los Angeles and died at 12:10 p.m. Saturday, March 17.
Nelli Rodriguez, a 16 year-old Latina, was also wounded by the gunfire died a day later and will be included on next week's list. Detectives believe the pair were sitting in a parked car when a black man or youth rode past on a bicycle and fired a gun into the car.
