Randy Martinez, 15, a Latino boy, died at 10:25 a.m. Saturday, June 2, of a gunshot wound to the head after lingering a week at Glendale Memorial Hospital. He was shot at Isabel and Asbury streets in Cypress Park.
He was in the back seat of a car when he was shot. It is unknown who was in the car with him. His brother had already taken him to the hospital when police arrived at the scene, and few clues remained.
