Ray Miller Jr.

Ray Miller Jr., a 24-year-old black man, was shot in the neck and torso about 12:40 a.m. Monday, March 17, at 2103 W. 102nd St. in Athens and died within an hour.

Deputies got a call reporting a man down and found Miller lying in an alley. He was taken to Martin Luther King Jr. Harbor Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:28 a.m.
