Regina  Washington

Regina Washington, a 27-year-old black woman, was found killed in a detached garage of a vacant home in the 8800 block of South Figueroa Street in Vermont Vista on Sept. 23, 1989.

She had been strangled and it was later discovered that at the time of her death she was six months pregnant. The death of the fetus also was ruled a homicide.

Chester DeWayne Turner was sentenced to death in 2007 for the murder of Washington and nine other women. Authorities believe he was tied to seven other  killings.

I would like to speak for Regina she was a loving mom ad sister, she had a sickness which was drugs and she was not a whore and she was rised having strong beliefs. I miss her so much I wish she was here to see her grand children...RIP SISTER
