Four reader comments about Ricardo Jarquin

Ricardo is--was--my cousin. He was the victim of gang violence. His death is a testament to the vileness of powerlessness in low-income areas.

65 homicides in a little over 4 years, within two miles of this murder, and the community isn't outraged?

The abnormal is normal and only God can judge? Come on people, take your community back!
