Ricardo Santiago, an 18-year-old Latino, died after he was shot on Saturday, April 11,  at Blackwelder Street and Du Ray Place in Crenshaw, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

Santiago was riding his bike south on Du Ray Place when someone shot him in the head and fled the scene, authorities said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Los Angeles Police Department Southwest Dets. Chuck Geiger and Vince Carreon at (213) 485-1383.
