Just so you know, you are allowed to conceal carry a firearm in your property, including the extended perimeter of your apartment complex property, including parking structure (if on the same compound) and behind all gates, just not outside the gate. Exercise your 2nd amendment rights. Hope this gets solved.

This was somebody like Family! Robert was a very bright man and always took care of his Family, and thats all he was doing was getting something to eat for them. When this happen and never return back to his Moms home. This area was not where he'd live he was just visiting his Mom. This is so devastating , But I now one thing this Man was a Christian and the Lord said Absent from the body, is Present with the Lord!! who ever did this will have to answer to God. Thats the bottom line!! yes Robert you will be missed here on the earth and yes we will see again, in the present of the Lord, so will be seeing you always in our heart!!!

Montana Gold, why don't you exercise your 2nd amendment right and see what happens when the cops show up outside your property and take you out in a second. The cops will justify their killing by saying they fear for life and/or safety. I wish we would really be able to exercise our rights, but you can't, sepcially in areas policed by LAPD.

My heart goes out to the family, I know his Anutie Lillian, she just lost her husband and now her Nephew. We don't know our lord plan for our life(our death), so this is a reminder, we only have one chance here on earth, as our son Robert, our friend, our relative and brother in Chris, < he made it to God's kingdom as he knew the Lord. so please brothers and sisters, know who's your savior is because you will see him one day as Robert is now living his new life and that person will paid if not on earth but in hell!!

It's been a year and we miss you so much Robert. You supported your family to the best of your ability and you did a great job. Your more than just an Father, son, Uncle, brother... Your the family's foundation. Even in death you brought family members closer. I miss you so much Uncle. He took you away from us but you found a way to leave one last impression on the family... time is precious... time with family is priceless. I love you Uncle and I wish every day that I had spent more time with you. I will never make that mistake again Family is Everything. R.I.P Uncle Robert
