Robert Wilbarn, 47

Robert Wilbarn, a 47-year-old black man, was stabbed to death Saturday, Aug. 6, in the 700 block of East Warner in Inglewood, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Wilbarn was at a reunion playing cards about 5:40 p.m. when he got into an argument with someone and was stabbed, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.

Authorities were called and the victim was taken to a hospital where he died less than an hour later.

Winter said he did not know if someone was arrested in connection with the stabbing.

WOW, cant believe it just seen you at my family reunion 7' 10, nice sitting talking with you nice to see and hear a more calmer person than in those wild hothead teen years sad not being able to see you go home glad because the last time we seen each other words of true everlasting friends were spoken and we both end with I LOVE YOU
