Roberto Garcia-Gudino, 38

Died April 3, 2010 at 1:46 a.m.

Roberto Garcia-Gudino, a 38-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Saturday, April 3, on the corner of Frigate Avenue and West Robidoux Street in Wilmington, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Early Saturday morning, Garcia-Gudino, who had a passenger, was driving south on Frigate Avenue when a car pulled up alongside his vehicle and someone shot him in the upper torso, police said. The passenger was not hit, police said.

Garcia-Gudino's car ran into a street light. He was taken to a  hospital, where he died at 1:46 a.m., according to coroner's records.

Police detectives do not have a description of the shooter, and the motive for the shooting has not been determined. The assailant’s car is described as a burgundy Toyota.

to all, who he hang around with him in the night. beware of the evil situation that was cause by an action that took his life for ever in our eyes he will be our primo pelon ....he is with all our tias and tios in heven now that past away for sure and we know that he is not suffering any more ..
