Samuel Trujillo, 19

Died Sept. 10, 2008 at 9:15 p.m.

Samuel Trujillo, a 19-year-old Latino man, was shot to death in the 11600 block of Woodcock Avenue in Pacoima at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Officers found Trujillo with a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene that night. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died. Detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department  are asking for the public's help in finding the people responsible for Trujillo's death. The gunman was accompanied by several others, police said. They believe the suspects are male Latinos in their 20s, wearing dark clothing, who approached Trujillo and exchanged words concerning gang affiliation.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Foothill Division homicide Dets.
