Scott Miller-Dowd, a 21-year-old white man, died after he was shot several times on Thursday, April 9, 2009, in the 4500 block of Orange Avenue in North Long Beach, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
Miller-Dowd was shot about 9:50 p.m. and was taken to the hospital, where he died.
