Silberio Ibanez, 18

Died June 22, 2011 at 10:27 p.m.

Silberio Ibanez, an 18-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Wednesday, June 22, in the 700 block of East 23rd Street in Historic South-Central, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Ibanez was riding his bike about 10 p.m. when he was shot several times by an unknown person, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.

Authorities were called and the victim was taken to County-USC Medical Center, where he died less than a half hour later.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (800)-222-8477.

I see that when I protested against you allowing the "N Word" to be posted on this site you didn't post my protest, but could allow the "N-Word" to get through tells me that it's OK with you as long as no one post derogatory statements about your race! Shame on you!, I guess this protest statement want get posted either is my guess.
