Five reader comments about Timothy Ballinger

Hello, im Julie, Timothy's little sister, i love my big brother till this day , even though he's no longer on this earth. Its been hell without him here, but through all the past memorys we shared and I've thought of its been painful. I've cried so much thinking if only my brother was here. its been a year and almost 4 months and it hurts me badly inside to know he's gone, i remember when , Tim and i used to go places , one particular day was on our way to a near by grocery store, we rapped from there to home, he had me lauphing like crazy. There were times when Tim gave me money anytime i needed it, or even when i didn't want to take it, he gave it to me anyway, there were times when he protected me when walking home from school. There were also times when family used to come over and Tim, my little brother, and sisters used to entertain my family by dancing and lauphing, he is the bestest big brother i could ever receive, and no one on this earth can ever take his place. I say he is , because to me it feels like he's still here on this earth. One of his favioret foods were straberry cheescake, and His future dream was to become a boxer, but sadly he did not get to persue his dream The veiwing and the funeral service was one of the hardest days in my life, its never the right time to see anybody that way. The service was sad, but full of friends and family which also bought memorys, my mother went through it , even though she seen that her first born son was no longer mentally here. Now my mothers gone, in peace with my brother, she recently passed away in feb as well, but of this year, 2010. She was given a chance to go to court to find more information and see the guys who killed Tim my brother, but sadly didn't make it. I miss my brother and my Mother, i know they are together now, and i also know that the memorys between Tim and family will remain.

Im glad LAPD caught the cowards that took my son, they need the same chance the gave him, none. I hope they rott in their brains with remorse if any. May God give them their just due, becuase they need to get the full extent of the law. May the time they serve in prison be hard and treacherous living may they suffer the rest of their lives. My son didnt deserve what you two cowards dished out to him live by the sword and you shal die by the sword or hopefully worst COWARDS. I will see you in court.
