Tony Argon

Tony Argon, an 18-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Saturday, March 5, in the 4300 block of South Ascot Avenue in Central-Alameda, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

[Updated March 17, 3:44 p.m.: An earlier version of this post, based on preliminary information from the coroner's office, did not include an address.]

Argon got into a verbal altercation with another person about 8:30 p.m., said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.

At one point, Argon produced a knife. The other person then pulled out a gun and shot Argon several times, Winter said.

Coroner's records show the victim was taken to County-USC Medical Center where he died at 9:30 p.m.

That what happened he didn't have a knife he was shot ....weres da knife then u guys dnt got nothing better to do then make up a lot of stuff to get money
