Tyrone Rouzan, 23, a black man, was shot multiple times in the 19300 block of Grandee Avenue about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 29. Rouzan was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead about 9:30 p.m.

Sheriff's homicide detectives are investigating.
