RIP Carlos...It's been so many years and I was thinking of you, I pray that you had a good life up to this point as I had been thinking about you and stumbled on this article. I know it's late and I wish I knew where they buried you to bring flowers. My condolences and prayers to the family. This is truly sad. Has anyone been caught?
