Four reader comments about Winston Towns

Winston will be greatly missed by friends and co-workers. Prayers go out for his family and friends. Although I only met him a couple of times it was a pleasure!! It is ashame that a life was cut down and in such a violent way.

Winston was my nephew. He was the model of a kind, thoughtful, intelligent, hardworking and sweet young man. His family is still reeling from this senseless act of violence. He was murdered one week before his 28th Birthday. It still hurts!

Winston was my nephew and did not deserve to be gunned down for what, just getting his hair done. He did not know that he was in the presence of the cowards and animals who took away his promising life. This is an all to common scenario. Please not let his and others murders mean nothing. We must all take up the rallying call and not this go on. I am afraid that I am like most and was complacent with the calm in my world until it came knocking on my families door. Apparently there have been numerous murders in this area. One is too many. I will not let his murder go on challenged. I will do what I need to do in order to help iradicate this scourge on society.
