Ime Udoka worked his way out of the development league, playing for the likes of the Fargo-Moorhead Beez and the Charleston Lowgators, to get called up by the Lakers.

He played in four games with the Lakers, averaging two points. After he was waived, he played for several other NBA teams and for teams in France and the Canary Islands.
