A second-round draft selection by the Milwaukee Bucks in 2009, Jodie Meeks signed a two-year contract worth more than $3 million with the Lakers in Aug. 2012.
The former University of Kentucky standout played off the bench during his first season in Los Angeles, starting in 10 of the 78 games he appeared in. His best performance with the Lakers came early in the season when he scored 24 points in a December win over the Washington Wizards. Meeks saw an increase in playing time following an injury to Steve Blake, recording double-digit scoring numbers during a five-game stretch in December.
