Guard, #18

The reliable Pep was a key contributor on Minneapolis teams that won NBA titles in 1952, 1953 and 1954. Pep, a 6-foot-1 guard, was the fifth leading scorer on the 1951-52 and 1952-53 teams and was especially valuable during the 1952 playoffs when he averaged 11.3 points and 3.5 assists per game.

Pep had his playing time diminish each season with the Lakers — he averaged 17 minutes in the playoffs in 1954 compared with more than 40 minutes in 1952 — left the team after the 1953-54 season, the last season Minneapolis won an NBA title.
