I knew Beverly when I worked at KP Panorama City. Beverly was a lovely, beautiful woman. She was impeccable, professional, and down to earth all at the same time. I had the pleasure of hearing her sing once and never forgot her talent. To Beverly's family - I am so sorry for your loss. I hope time will ease your pain. She was taken from you.....from all of us much too soon. I met Bev three years ago when I came to work for KP. She was a mentor and a 2nd mother to me. I remember our trips to Vegas and me venting frustration in her office. If only I can live the rest of my life the way she lived hers. She will truly be missed. You were amazing; so strong, so beautiful, so kind; greating everyone with so much class and a big smile from your heart. As I stood in the back of the church, I could not stop my heart from weaping. My heart kept weaping in agreement with everything that everyone said about her. It was obvious that one didn't have to be a friend for 20 years to have the previlage of being touched by her. I only knew Beverly for about a month and a half, yet I got to know her and connected with her in a way that is rare. We talked about so many plans both personal and professional. I never forget the last thing she said to me, "it looks like we have a lot to do," and that is why I just could not understand why she had to go. Well, I farewell to her soul and send my love to you and your sister and the new angle in the family. I know that God and your mom are watching over you. I have been reading many posts on the people who have passed on. I was doing okay until I read Tina's post (daughter of Beverly Mosley). My sympathy goes out to your family. While I read your short sentences, tears came to my eyes and made me want to give my mom a big hug. Tomorrow is not promised and we don't know how long our stay is down here on Earth. So, knowing what you're going through in the loss of your mom, makes me want to renew my relationship with my mother. We only get one mom. It was a reason I was supposed to read your post, Tina. Your mother seemed like she touched so many peoples lives. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Your mom is brightening up Heaven now with her gorgeous smile. My heart aches knowing Beverly is gone. Tina you said it best "she was a survivor..and had no regrets..". But most of all she was the BEST mother to the both of you. She saw the both of you through a lot, I know because I was there part of the way. I know your mom is very, very PROUD of the both of you. The last time I talked to her she was beaming and she had gushed how happy she was to be your mother. Rest assured she will be in our hearts forever. Her smile and gentle quality will be missed.
