How come no one has addressed using HS students to run her personal errands on a daily basis. Or when she went to places like BJ's on"business" she needed the company credit card. But when it came to buying teachers the supplies they needed the answer was always the same "NO..have them buy it themselves" A project based school, yet no supplies for the projects...hmm wonder where all the money went for the fees paid into this per classroom?

We are leaving SCA. I cannot vouch for the drugs, lawsuit, teenagers moving boxes or smoking, but I can vouch for Mrs. White's (principal and founder) lack of integrity and accountability to the parents.

This school's financial position is in question thus the school's move to a new facility in Loomis. As a result of this financial issue, the quality of teaching has also declined. The teachers are not required to be credentialed or even hold college degrees.

Our elementary school-aged child begged us to leave this school because she said the classroom was unruly and she could not learn in this environment. Additionally, she said the spiritual instruction was no longer a priority.

We did not leave this school lightly, but after much prayer and fasting.

I cannot in right conscience recommend this school to another parent. I wish we could have avoided sending her to this school last year.

I'm really happy that you and your Mother have a great relationship. And your Mother could have a good heart if she chooses. But if you think that Sierra was such a great school that is really SAD.... You were there this past year and you saw with your own eyes H.S. students out of class, when they should have been in class learning. That's what us parents were paying for . AN EDUCATION. Teachers were leaving because they were sick. They were seeking council, taking medicine just to cope from all the abuse from this principal. Elementary school students were in the H.S. office being watched by H.S. students as they were running the office. I could go on and on, but like i have already said you were there and you saw the same as us parents did. Now that is the GOD HONEST TRUTH . This Mother, Sister, and Wife SHOULD NOT be The Principal o f any school. If this new school is to succeed , there needs to be some one else in charge. I know you think this is an attack by satin, But we as Christian Parents see it as God telling us to get our children out of this school, and away from this Principal.

The experiences I had with Sierra was nothing of the typical school issues as some would like parents to believe. These issues were of a much more serious nature. I was sickened when I realized that my young grandchildren sat in classes with students who were serving criminal probation. I also was sickened when I realized that there was a registered sex offender allowed on the school campus without the parents being told and given the option to remove their children from potential harm. You may cite scripture from Genesis to Revelation and will find nowhere that this type of environment that existed at Sierra is in anyway Godly or safe. I am a very hands on granparent and found there was no dealing with this principal she was right no matter what truth stared her in the face. I believe the reckless encouragement of her behavior is only helping this to continue. The truth is there if you choose to look. It is every individuals responsibility to protect children. And by closing your eyes they are unprotected. Rememeber what scripture tells us about leaders and teachers. They are to be above reproach. Does anyone really believe that is the case with this administration? This is about the safety of children. Victim is the right word and I believe there are many.

I havent spoken out because i quite frankly believe that a lot of this is truely sad. Has any body thought about how this woman that you all are curssing is a mother, in fact my mother. Or a wife, or sister or daughter? My mother is truely the most loving and caring woman that i have ever come across. She has taught me how to be a Godly woman. The accusations are down right a lie. To those who believe that their children were victims, i am astonished. A vitim of what? I went to school at sca and have had many friends who went as well and i can tell you that none would say they were victims. There is good and bad i every school but i will tell you this, Sierra would never hurt a student. If a teacher did not asign the currect amount of homework or didnt give your child what they needed isnt my mothers fault. And must i say there are problems like the ones i just named in EVERY school, when you find a perfect school please let me know. My objective was not to put anybody down, because sadly that has been done jsut to much lately but simply shed light onto the truth. Like Pastor John said please go start a school and then tell me how you do i will bet my life that you will come across a few parents or teachers that are not happy for whatever reason. My mother has taught for over 30 years and is my inspiration, she has dedicated her life to helping all types of children and has done absolutely a wonderful job. I am not surprised that people are acusing my mother and the school of very sad things because when you are doing the Lord's will, satan will do his best to bring you down. Aslo i have to adress some of things that have been written, one had said that my brother and i used the schools card and i must say that, that is rediculous because i have never used it and to think that someone could say something like that i mindboggling. Which is a perfect example of how the statements are not true. Another, the lawsuit that everyone seems to know so much about is rediculous because if you were there at the time and you knew the truth then you would feel foolish because it is not how you guys are making it sound. I will leave with this, The Lord hates this! And before you right your next hurtful comment say a prayer and think about how much do you really know and remember that you are talking about somebodys mother, wife, sister, and daughter.

I'm a Christian but the ones saying comments like "Do not judge" and criticizing Christian behavior need to take a step back and read what's written. There are some concerning things going on here. There are reports of students doing drugs, watching movies in class periods and not being academically challenged. And its not just one person but many people. I don't think even Jesus would approve about what's going on in this school. Even as Christians we are allowed to take criticism. The administration at this school should take a look at these comments and then take steps to correct them. That would be the Christian way.

This school is awesome. Mrs. White is so nice and caring. She puts others before herself. She is the most loving principal ever. And she respects and helps every person at SCA. If SCA doesn't re-open it wouldn't be doing the community a favor.

Wow, after glancing at this whole log, this is sad, reading this log of hatred. Is this what you feel is how Christians should act. Are you proud (do you discuss this with your family)or are you doing this in your free time away from your family. I think that your Church is not helping you deal with your personal or family issues. I am sorry that you are having the need to spend this much time on a website. Life is good, do you know that. There are real issues in the world... is this one the most important to you or are you scapegoating... There are churches that can help you. They must not be meeting your needs. What church do you go to. You should include that on all these posts that you are writing. Are you embarrassed. Is that why you put such vague names??? I don't want to go what ever Church is guiding you to do all this. It is obvious that there are a few people who you get to write on this website repeatedly. Seriously.... I find this is sad. Talk to your pastor. If your pastor isn't helping you, go to another Church. Do you go to bed happy or are you suffering from a bigger issue. You need help. Don't waste so much energy. You sound like you have been over taken by the devil or by the internet hidden voice. You are a good organizer of getting multiple people to write on this but get beyond this. If you go to any school that is causing you so much personal jealousy or problems, then move on, you must be a great person but one that doensn't kmow how to handle conflict!!!!!!!! Life is short, help those you can. If you can't help people, get help for your self so while you are on this earth, you can make a difference.

Is this really making you feel better. Pray to the Lord rather than writing on a website... you need help. I will pray for you. A website is just a place for a bunch of people to vent. There is no credibility. Do you not know this. Figure out what YOUR family needs. Spend the energy on them. Your kids look up to you. Is this the way you want them to learn? Is this the way you handle issues. Teaching them to type anonymously is teaching them to be a coward.

Its really funny that there wasn't any Sunset Christian families attending Sierra Christian, They all had enough and the two remaining families left in the middle of the year. If this is such a Godly school, you bet the school would have been full of Sunset families. All of you that are praising this principal must not have been on this campus this year, because if you were you would have seen first hand all the turmoil on this campus.

PART 2

Cindy White, All things work for the good and if they persecuted Christ they will persecute you and I as well. Looks like you are right on track. The enemy is so upset at you, this is a good thing. You need to get use to this because this is how Christ felt and was treated trying to do the work His Fater sent him here for and you are doing your best to do the same.

Deuteronomy 30:7
And the LORD thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.

Matthew 5:10
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

2Timothy 3:12In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,

2Corinthians 4:8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

2Corinthians 4:3I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself.
4 My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me.

Remember if God be for us who can be against us.

— Pastor John
August 16, 2009 at 12:13 p.m.

PART 1
WOW. Either you are unsaved and don't know Christ or you are unsaved and you don't know Christ. Even if any of this is true is this Christ like. Christ defends and satin accuses. Which one are you.

John 8:10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

I guess all the people writing these things are perfect and sent here to point out the wrongs of others.

This is what happens when we live our lives in the public eyes. Welcome to the call of GOD. People will always be this way. If there lives were public they would have a blog about them.

People can always do it (whatever it is) better than you but they choose not to. I say to all you perfect people leave this school and Cindy alone go start your own and lets see how you do.

But, my words mean noething just as all these, so hear the WORDS of the LORD.

Proverbs 6:16 There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him: 17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,
18 a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
19 a false witness who pours out lies
and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.

GOD HATES THIS

Revelation 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

ARE YOU THE ACCUSER (satin)

Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Matthew 7:1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Who is the judge

2Timothy 3:1 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

— Pastor John
August 16, 2009 at 12:12 p.m.

This is not an issue of being without sin. This is about the misuse of power that in my experience has led to SPIRITUAL ABUSE. It is my understanding that after leaving some have sought spiritual counsel to find in fact their treatment at Sierra was spiritual abuse. To all the VICTIMS of Sierra consider seeking godly competent counsel. Do not be afraid by the misuse of scripture while at Sierra. Anyone considering Sierra please check the facts. Some of the UGLY truths are public record. You owe it to your children. DON'T LET THEM BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS SCHOOL AND IT'S LEADERSHIP!

After reading all of these reviews, some simply sicken me. Especially the ones lifting up the school. If you were not really involved at SCA, it seemed like a great place. Once you got involved, and became aware of the activities going on at the school, it became a nightmare. I was a student there for 3 years. The principal, "saint" Cindy White as W.C. Staley somewhere above me puts it (also notice Cindy Staley White, hmm. Wonder who wrote that post? Just a thought.) covered up for numerous kids in trouble. I was witness to her covering up for kids selling drugs on campus. In fact, I witnessed drugs being sold on campus. I will not slam on previous posts, as mine will most likely get. I am simply putting my story out there for people to be aware of. I was the victim of harrassment time and time again, while Mrs. White let it go, and attempted to convince me it was my fault. I have been an honor student my whole life, and my school file indicates I have never had any behavior problems. If you were a struggling student, Mrs. White built you up, how she wanted. And I feel that if you were a good student, she tried to break you down, so she could build you up in her own way too. I also saw a lack of financial integrity by the White family. In fact, I witnessed her children using the schools credit card for personal use. Or how about the very large loan that they took out of the school? I doubt parents were aware of this. Request the schools 990's, and see it for yourself, it is public record. Also, high school students were allowed to cheat with her unspoken approval, as she was aware of it, but didn't see a need to stop it. I could go on and on about this school, but I feel I have left you with enough information. I have left my email in this post, feel free to email me with any questions you have. As I will expect hate mail, it couldn't be anything worse than I have already experienced at SCA. One last thought, you might also want to check out lawsuit Sierra Christian Academy vs. Frank Roman (FAR Investigations). By the way, Mrs. White LOST. (Case #SCV19258)

The Bible says "that he who sins not cast the first stone". So Mrs W. does things in TRUTH, and we as a society does not understand that concept. Even if you are a hard core christian it takes a moment to swallow, however, once you learn to speak, think, talk, and most of all walk, in truth, then you will understand how Mrs. W is made up. She is hard, she is to the point, she is stern and it does hurt some peoples feelings, but not because of her or what she does, but because of the person. Mrs. W does not have a on purpose bone in her body, she cant even tell the solicitors no on the phone but instead tells them about Jesus. Is Mrs. W perfect? Are U? What I don't understand is that whats right for me is not neccessarily right for you, the Bible says that everyone works out there own salvation, and we all have our own convictions that we should live. It sounds to me like this is a sight for people to voice there feelings because no one else will listen. I don't know but I'm sure there are people dying and going to hell while you are all (and me right now) writing these mean and hurtful things, spending time trying to figure out the best stab at Mrs. W. I am sorry if you had a bad experience with Sierra, have you ever had a bad experience at a restraunt, or a store, what about with customer service on line or over the phone, do they have a page we can all right nasty things on about them. Why don't you put some time and effect into good things like telling someone that Jesus loves them, building a relationship with a lost soul. My life was changed by Sierra, my children did very well in school, grandson learn to read and write. Some of these comments were made by teachers which blow me away because if you knew Mrs. W you could go to her in truth and whether or not it happened right away, in truth it always would. Mrs. W was and I am sure always will be the fairest person I know. She treated no one better than the rest, no one got special favors, she spoke in truth, and had her moments as we all do. I believe in Sierra, the teachers, the students, the parents, and most of all in Mrs. W. Please if you are making your jugdement on whether or not to send your kids to school at Sierra based on anything written on this page, including the good stuff, then I have some property in Alaska that I'd like to sell to you. It would be silly, do you believe everything someone else tells you? God bless, and please search your own soul and check the school out before you make your decision.

If Sierra is such a great school, why did the enrollment drop from over 500 students at one point to as little as aprox. 40 at this point? Believe me if your not involved at the school, and you just drop your child off and pick them up your not seeing the true picture. This past year was horrible, for teachers and students alike. The bottom line to the problems at this school is the principal is a micro manager.

SCA was the best school ever, the teachers were nice so was the staff and most of all the principal. This school really lead me on the right path of God. This school helped me learn what would the devil do and what would Jesus do. I dont know what I would have done without this school, I would be saying bad things and doing bad stuff. I would not be a strong Christian like I am now. So God bless you SCA, I love you and I will never stop loving you. Haley , former student

SCA is a great school that has provided a great education to 100s if not 1000s more students than the 16 people who have come together to try and discredit this fine Christian based school. My wife and I have not regretted, but rather commend Mrs W for recommending that we pull our daughter from public school and place her in a Christian school. The changes have been dramatic and I am thankful.

As Will Rogers said "Rumor travels faster, but it don't stay put as long as truth." The truth is that Sierra Christian Academy is a great school with a focused and dedicated leader at the helm. Don't let a disgruntled, negative ex-employee and her/his cronies influence you from making a good decision. It is apparent from reading the reviews that this is a poorly coordinated group of sad and negative based people that need to move on and ask for forgiveness. Put a smile on and get a life. It's a great world out there! Just ask God!

I love SCA. It is by far the best school I have ever been to. Mrs. White is the most loving principal ever. The teachers were so nice and taught me a lot. It is a great place to learn about God. I attended from preschool through fourth grade. When I started fifth grade at public school I was more advanced than the other kids. I had a great experience!

My experience at Sierra Christian Academy was very positive. I felt that the Principal was more than accommodating to me and my family. It's sad to see that so many staff members thought so negatively about their boss, maybe it was the teachers not doing their job and ensuring that the children were given the proper education. As for the students that complain of carrying boxes and sitting on the floor, Im sure it did not hurt you to help out your school. Quit complaining and do something productive with your time.

It amazes me how most people on this site can say such negative comments but don't have enough balls to reveal there names. It just says staff, teacher, parent, or student if your stories were true you wouldn't be so afraid to reveal your names. Remember there is always 2 sides too a story!

It is very telling the unhealthy view some people have of this principal. 99% of the community in the "know" is quite an overstatement and I might say has a cult like sound. Like a prior comment said check out the Placer County Court Records regarding a lawsuit that this administration LOST. The facts are the facts and you can't change them. While we pray for the school let's not forget to pray for TRUTH. Hundreds of families did not leave without cause. I have dealt with this principal and it was a very dark experience. Enableing the behavior is helping no one including the principal. To many students and staff have been hurt by her behavior. Does GOD really want anyone to defend it?

I'm glad teachers, students and parents alike have all seen and shared the down fall of this so called christian school. As a parent i would have to advise you to stay clear of this school. This past year has been a real night mare for my entire family. Academics were so low, and there was NO LOVE RESPECT AND KINDNESS, as the principle has lead us all to believe. I believe there has been a major safety issue concerning H.S. and elementary. Teachers were leaving in the middle of the year. The children were in tears, and there was no compassion from the principle. Teachers let parents know they were being missed treated by the principle, and for medical reasons they would have to leave the school. NOT A GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT. Don't harm your child or waste your hard earned money by putting them at Sierra Christian,Which has just relocated to Loomis CA.

I did not learn a thing at this school. It was a hang out. teenagers would smoke and pass drugs on campous. we also would watch tv and listen to music during class. the principal would have high school students run the office instead of being in class and the teachers were leaving because they were being verbaly abused. At the end of the year we had to pack the school. we would carry heavy boxes down the stairs and sit on the ground in the class rooms. Now i am going to a new school and i am going to be so behind. So if you want your kids to learn dont put them here its just a hang out thats the truth!

This school was awesome when Mrs. S was there to over see things. When she moved, things really changed. Staff started being mistreated. During prayer they got yelled at by Mrs. W instead of encouraged. Teachers were in tears just about everyday, and were expected to go to class and teach there students and speak with parents like nothing was wrong. High school students were running the h.s. office, and a hand full of students were hanging out in the office during class time. Then you would see little children in the H.S office being watched by high schoolers. The teenagers were aloud to smoke on campus and there were multiply fights. My child will not be attending this school, his academics are way below grade level, and I have spent a lot of money for tutoring this summer. My child listened to 107.9 during class, Also watched rated R movies; needless to say not a lot of learning was going on. The H.S students had to pack Mrs. W'S school the last month of school, for their move to Loomis. They also had to take there finals sitting on the floor. A lot of Teachers have left, and a lot of Teachers will not be returning. Mrs. W is very controlling. Personally I don't think any child is safe there, and will not get a good academic education. And there is certainly NO LOVE, RESPECT AND KINDNESS. Don't put your child in danger. If you want a good Christian education seek else ware.

The very respectable, principal, "Mrs. White" is a saint. She is bombarded by many people who are very envious, jealous, malicious, and devilish. Once again the minority is always the loudest, continuous, and has hatred dripping from her jowls.

I with 99% of the community that is in the know and not full of hatred wish Mrs White the very best, and "our prayers are with her and the school.

While we can't take away the pain the past students have endured each person with gods help can cause change and stop the pain and misery to future students. Self appointed leaders without accountablility allows disaster.

This school was anything but a godly environment. The walk away quietly comment
from the "teacher" is nothing but helping to enable problems that countless families
endured with this school and its administration. Don't be blind we are to examine by the fruit not close our eyes to serious spiritual and academic issues. First of all, i think the people who are speaking such negitive words are incredibly rude and should re-think the way that they present themselves. It seems to me that the people who are saying horrible things about this principal OBVIOUSLY doesnt know her, and is speaking just to speak. Obviously if you went to Sierra Christian you were either a Christian or somebody who at least knew of God, and the way you guys are acting is extremely childish. Not to mention you all sound judgemntal and harsh. If i were you and you came across all these comments of "be aware" and "stay away" i wouldn't listen. In fact i would choose to actually see for myself because i think most of these people are bitter and making up things, like the one comment that the prinipal is taking more money out of the school, are you serious! and exscuse me for asking, but where in the world did you hear that, the local coffe shop where everyone gets together and starts gossiping about everyone and their moms. If i were you i would stop placing judgemnt and start looking in the mirror. This school has done nothing but try to spread the word of Jesus Christ and teach the children. All i have to say is mind your own buisness.

I attended SCHS for 10, 11 and 12th grade. I think the people writing negative things on this site are being malicious and completely unfair. The Principal is neither a dictator nor monster, she was always loving, supporive and true to her morals. Any person who was to defame this school and it's staff should think about why they enrolled there in the first place; somewhere to learn about god and be in a private school environment. My class as well as I enjoyed our memorable experiences at SCHS. I hope they re open in Loomis and the people hear the message of the holy spirit and stop gossiping and slandering a lovely administrators name. If you don't have anything nice to say then keep it to yourself. Thank you SCHS and Mrs. W. for all the great times and advanced education I recieved.".

Suffering is what happened to my child under the direction of this principal. Not only academically but spiritually and emotionally. Please investigate this school before considering enrolling your child. There have been an unbelievable amount of turnover in staff and families from Sierra Christian. This school should do the community a favor by closing!

It was a great place two years ago, not sure what happened. But my child suffered greatly from me keeping him there. He is now being tutored through the summer so he can be somewhat caught up before he goes on to the public school. Academics are very much lacking in the middle school side. The teachers and principal were not able to teach the kids what they needed to know. The principal is more concerned of being the kids "friend" than a person of authority! It's a lot of money not well spent

Please be aware of this school and its
administration. I understand they have moved locations and have had multiple problems including a lawsuit. Any parent considering this school should check out the Placer County Court records involving this school. Protect your children!

Teaching at that school was the worst experience of my life. We were forced to give grades that the students didn't deserve in order to keep the parents happy and the principal from making our lives a living hell. I worry for the future of any child who has been under any sort of influence of that principal. If you have a student there, beware! If you are thinking of enrolling, I beg you to think again.

This school was a nightmare to work in. The principal is a dictator and staff is not able to do their jobs. Many teachers have left because they cannot stand the abuse they face every day.

This school was horrible. The Prinicpal takes as much money out of the school as she can and lives at a more-than-comfortable status. Teachers don't show up to class, movies are watched for whole class periods several times a week, kids are doing drugs in class, etc. It was so bad, 36/40 in my 8th grade class left after graduation. I'm not just a student complaining; I've spoken to parents and they feel the same way.

This school was the worst! If you broke the law you were protected and if you said something about someone who was doing things they should not have been, you were threatened! Stay away!!!!!

Sierra Christian was a dream come true, it is not for everyone but for someone lost in the waves of confusion that was my public school experience the change was great. Being at a small school allowed me to develop meaningful realationships with my teachers and I ended up getting into my choice college.
