I remember talking with Palmer 2 weeks before he passed when we were pulling guard on top of a building and he kept talking of how he was going to enjoy going on leave soon to see his Family. I often remember this conversation because when I returned from leave I learned that he was killed. RIP

My prayers to the family of Jeffery Baker. I wish I knew Jeff but I now have a chance to know his brother Jack. The nephews I never knew.

Like Matt, I didn't know you. Like Matt, I found this page via a Youtube video made by a friend of yours.
I am honored to have done so. Though the politics of the Wars in the Middle East are in shades of grey to me, your service, sacrifice, and bravery are not. I too am named Alex. I am only three years younger than you were when you died. It is because of the sacrifice of men like you that I can live in safety. I thank you sincerely.

Your life may have been short, but you left a mark on the world in that short time; and that mark was a positive one. That is the best a human being can do.

    Willie,

You were truly one of kindest people I have ever met. It's difficult for everyone to accept the fact that you are gone. Your loss has been tough for myself and everyone you knew, however, I am grateful for all of the good times we had and the memories we made together.

    Until we meet again,

    Patrick

My condolences to the Ramirez family. The bible promises from Jehovah God ,that . you will see your loved one again through the resurrection.(John 5:28, 29) Our loving father Jehovah God also says all wars will cease (Psalms 46:) God does not lie.

I met Cody in high school and while we were not close friends I will always remember how funny he was. I remember the night my husband asked me if I knew him and I remember thinking "Ya, I know Cody! We went to school together. I should look him up!" Then he gave me the article... Cody is a true hero and a personality that will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Always remember to keep in touch with others, no matter what!
    R.I.P. Cody!

Just spent the 14th of May 2013 at the cemetery sitting with you and reflecting how much we miss you. Thank goodness for all the memories.

You were a very proud soldier and it showed. We will never forget.

    Love, Auntie Andrea
