He was the type of person who was not very outspoken. But he had real manners. It was always, 'Yes, sir' or 'No, sir.'

Alex, "My P.P" ( inside joke) I miss you like you don't even know, I remember the day Juan and you went to go pick me up at my house the day you came back. I hugged you like there no tomorrow. Remeber the trip that we took to your house because you had to drop off your sis's car so Juan drove mine to your house and then that smart one left my car lights on and to top it off we didn't have jumper cables and our cell phones had died lol, we stayed up the whole night Juan, you and me just talking and then we woke your Grandma up. Those videos on your laptop were something else "the donkey houses" and the monkey pet lol, Love You Alex.- Your "P.P"-Jaz

It's been 6 years now and i still have you in my heart. I remember when we first met , it was like we had known each other for a while. There was major chemistry between us. That night was unforgettable. I remember me being so nervous. As soon as your cuz open the door to her room and i we saw each other, i knew that you were going to be the one to show me the meaning of being in love. I miss you and still think of you..

Sir, I'm afraid I never got the opportunity to know you. I saw a video on YouTube that a friend of yours made in honor of you and I was humbled. Thank you. I don't know who you are and I wish I could have. It takes a special kind of person to do what you did for your country and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your family, your friends, and your country is proud of you sir, I am truly humbled by your sacrifice.

Like Matt, I didn't know you. Like Matt, I found this page via a Youtube video made by a friend of yours.
I am honored to have done so. Though the politics of the Wars in the Middle East are in shades of grey to me, your service, sacrifice, and bravery are not. I too am named Alex. I am only three years younger than you were when you died. It is because of the sacrifice of men like you that I can live in safety. I thank you sincerely.

Your life may have been short, but you left a mark on the world in that short time; and that mark was a positive one. That is the best a human being can do.
