To the family of SS Andrew Harvell, Thank you for raising such a dedicated and selfless man. He is a true American Hero. I know your pain, as I lost my nephew last year in Afghanistan also. Words seem so hollow. Just know that your hero is with God now and he will never be forgotten. May God bless your entire family.

Andy was an awesome american, an elite warrior. It was my honor to serve alongside him and his teammates. American knows very little yet owes so much to the small group of warriors that risk their lives daily keeping the pressure on those who wish us harm. Least we never forget.

My two sons knew Andrew Harvel & his brother Shawn. The four of them were in school together and played football together. Andrew & his brother come from a very nice family. They are true heros to us, sacraficing their own lives to protect us from harm.. Today I went to his funeral, and all the love and support was there which was very comforting to his family. May God bless the Harvell family and keep them safe. Thank you Andrew & Shawn Harvell for your selfless service in serving our country.
