He was just one of those good kids that helped make the world go around.

Three memories of Devon Demilo Jones

Still thinking about you Devon. It's been 5 years since your passing and still I think about how much the world needs a person like you. I know you wanted to become an English teacher. I am going to carry out that dream for you. Just know that although you're gone, you are not forgotten. Thank you for always being positive and for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself. I love you and I thank you for always preaching the word of God. Many of us did not understand in high school how vital it is to have Jesus in our life...but you knew. I am certain that others are crediting you for introducing them to the word. I pray that your mom is hanging in there. You're an angel.

I asked him before he went to Iraq, "Are you going to be all right over there?"
And he replied, "I'm going to be all right, I'm in Gods hands!"
    Wow!
Love you and miss ya so much!

THANK YOU!!!!!!! For your sacrifice, words do little to describe our sincere gratitude. However, There is a hope for a future where such wonderful people will not have to die in the wars of the world. ISAIAH 2:4 And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore....REV 21:3,4-"death will be no more"
