Gurpreet: I didn't know you but I am very sorry you have left us so soon in your young life. You could have only been a wonderful and loving son, friend, companion and confident. Because of you, there are many of us who will have the opportunity to continue to thrive. I only hope, in your memory, we do it right and remember it is because of you and others like you. God Now Blesses You Always. Say Hi! for me.
Cpl. Singh was someone everyone could get along with. Whether it be another patrol in hostile territory, or just a morning greeting; Gurpreet would always have a positive attitude. Love you bro, forever in our hearts.
Cpl. Singh, as another young Corporal and a young punjabi like yourself, this kills me inside brother. You will never be forgotten and always remembered.
Gurpreet studied with my son at High School in Roseville before joining the Marines. He was brave and courageous teen, respectful to elders. He will shine like star in our memory; unforgetable.
Cpl.Singh always held his head high and was very respectful. I am glad to have served with you brother for we shall meet again. Rest in peace and much condolences to Singh's family.
