Sean A. Stokes, 24
Stokes was posthumously awarded the Silver Star. A citation issued with the medal described him as "fearless in the face of danger" and noted how, during one battle, Stokes wouldn't leave a building even after he was wounded because he was concerned about his fellow Marines.
