    From the time he was 7, Walberg-Riotto wanted to be in the military. He persuaded his mother to sign a form allowing him to enlist early and celebrated his 18th birthday during basic training.

    Four memories of Steven J. Walberg-Riotto

    I never knew Steven but was a 1978 graduate of PV. I lost my brother in Vietnam and am familiar with the devastation this causes a family. My families thoughts and prayers are with Steven and his family. God Bless Steven, his family, our freedom and this country.

    Warberg was an excellent Soldier. I was deeply sadden and mad when he was killed on 15 April 2007, I was there with him and I will nerver forgett you or that day. May the Lord have you next to him my brother in Arms. SFC Rodriguez.
