Vizslas are very smart and affectionate. It has been a constant battle to keep our 11 year old Tucker out of the refrigerator. He has managed to get into three different ones. If he finds anything good he eats it right away, the rest of the food he hids all over the house. Velcro didn't work, so now we have a long cord that we secure when we go out. He has locked us out of the house and car.He weights 70 pounds and is always on my lap. Seven years ago he almost burned the house down.
we named our beagle 'latte' because she is tan and white and she warms us up, just like a hot latte!
I am a dog.
We named our Beagle Carlin after sharing a connection over a common love of the comedian on our third date. I told her I should marry her cos she knew 'the seven dirty words' - and recited them in order! Sure enough, three and a half years later, we tied the knot. And Carlin is a very precocious 2 and a half.
Many years ago, my wife was driving her heavy Volvo up a street in Hollywood. She felt a sickening thump and knew immediately she'd hit something. $2,600 later, after a long stint at the doggy ER, we took the dog home and named her after the street where my wife first met her. Vista is now a very old lady and has been a wonderful dog.
they are lovable
I wasnt hoping for 'angel' to be so popular as a dog name! Tatz bcoz my best friend called me 'angel' before he shifted to LA!

I'm a citizen of Finland, Europe who has spent a year as an exchange student in the L.A. suburbs. Therefore, I chose the name Linus for my dog because that name reminded me of Charlie Brown`s friend Linus in the cartoon Peanuts. My dog is what you might call an "overgrown black pomeranian". Definitely the hair-do matches that of Linus in Peanuts. However, the European pure-breed registry FCI recognizices "German Spitzes" who grow larger than Pomeranians as a breed of their own. Mine is a 4-year old Finnish Champion who resides as a much-loved family companion close to the Finnish capital city of Helsinki.
its like if some one passed a note saying name your dog this!
