Singer and composer Little Jack Little organized a school orchestra while a student at the University of Iowa.
He toured the country with his dance band, performing at hotels and clubs. In the 1930s he had a 15-minute show that was broadcast from WLW in Cincinnati. He also co-wrote several songs that hit the charts including "Jealous" and "In a Shanty in Old Shanty Town."
