Lucho Gatica is a popular Latin singer, originally from Chile. In the 1950s and 60s, he headlined shows at venues like the Hollywood Bowl and Million Dollar Theater. He also appeared in a number of films, including the 1957 "Teatro del crimen."
In 2001, the Latin Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences inducted his singles "El Reloj" (1959) and "La Barca" (1960) into the Latin Grammy Hall of Fame.
