Tommy Riggs was a radio, television and supper club entertainer who became a regular on the Rudy Vallee show in the 1930s.
His trademark was the impish child voice of Betty Lou, a character that he created while working for a radio station in Pittsburgh.
He made 50 appearances on the Rudy Vallee show and later took his ventriloquist act to supper clubs and radio and television shows across the country.
