Alan Hardy’s four seasons as a letterman at Michigan included an appearance in the 1976 Final Four, where the Wolverines lost to Indiana in the championship game. He broke into the NBA with the Lakers in 1980-81, averaging 2.3 points per game. He was waived during the off-season and spent one more season in the league with the Detroit Pistons.
