Keep in mind
- The Times initially mispelled the name of Michael Hammersley and Beverly Mosley.
- The coroner's office reported a 26th victim the afternoon of Sept. 15, but a few hours later said the tally was 25.
Ron Grace was a man whom I was referred by to do my counseling intern hours. I was fortunate enough to meet him in the summer and work with him for a couple of days. I was going to work more with him as an intern in early October. Mr. Grace, I know I did not know you for so long, but when I think of you, I think of a warm, kind, helpful man who I know has touched the lives of many people over your thirty years of amazing service. You taught me so much in just 3 days. I even had a thank you card sitting in my drawer with your name and address on it. Wow, this is so sad. May God give his family strength to get though this devastating time.
I'm so sorry about your daughter. I saw you on TV looking for her. I prayed for you all night, that she would be found safe. My heart goes out to you and your family. May God Bless you.
Our family grew up with the Arnold family through our church. The Arnold's moved away and then some 30 years later I again met Dennis on Metrolink. We only rode together between Simi Valley and Chatsworth but had many discussions about our love of music and railroads. My heart-felt sorrow to the Arnold family. Until we meet again, Dennis.
i didnt believe when i got the news this morning he was so nice to everyone. We'll mizz u
Our prayers and thoughts with the Grace family. Mr. Grace welcomed my niece on her first day of school at Roosevelt one day before the accident. May God give each of the Grace's family the strength.
Roger was such a pleasant man who had a real sense of what life is about. I'm thankful to have met him. My heart goes out to his wife, Liz & sons Chris and Matt.
Roger was a good friend of my family's. Some my favorite childhood memories include the Spacey's...watching National Lampoon's while the grown-ups would play trivial pursuit! Unfortunately, I haven't seen any of the Spacey's for years, but I remember as a kid how much I would look forward to seeing Roger, Liz, Chris and Matt. I will always remember Roger's cheerful laugh. He was always so happy and friendly. My condolences to the rest of the Spacey's. Roger will be greatly missed.
Jacob, as a student at the Beach, my heart goes out to you and your family. RIP buddy.
being former students of Roosevelt Middle we were in Mr. Grace's presence almost every day. He was a great conselor and great freind. you would always see him helping around the school and doing whatever he can to help students.
RestInPeace.
Gabby,
Ever since I saw you on TV I've been wondering if your sister made it. I'm so sorry to now learn that she didn't. My heart goes out to you & your family. May God comfort you and bring you peace.
