Keep in mind
- The Times initially mispelled the name of Michael Hammersley and Beverly Mosley.
- The coroner's office reported a 26th victim the afternoon of Sept. 15, but a few hours later said the tally was 25.
May the Lord have your soul in Heaven, as you look upon your family.
I was a student in ROOSEVELT MIDDLE SCHOOL and Mr. Grace was my counselor. I cannot believe that he past away in such a horrible and tragic accident; it is almost unbelievable. He was such an understanding person and everyone loved him in RMS, and he will DEFINITELY BE MISSED. When I heard about the news, I froze and could not believe what I heard. It is definitely unexpected. I remembered running to him when i had schedule issues. He was the man to go to when you had problems with your classes and he will fix it or try to fix the best he can. In fact, he was the person that I ran to who gave me my TEACHER's ASSISTANT (TA) class for Mr. Guzman. I feel bad for the future generations of students who will not be able to experience having such a great person like him in school.
Also, i want to send my condolences to Mr. Grace's family, "We will miss him too."
So now, let us pray for Mr. Ron Grace, his family, the other passengers who past away in this tragic accident, and their families as well.
Rest In Peace/Paradise Mr. Ron Grace
Wow. Its so sad how one day you see a person and the next they're gone for ever. He was such a nice person and its truly sad to see him go.
Well, he's in a better place now.
RIP MR. GRACE
May the Lord have your soul in Heaven as you look upon your family.
ohh wow...
i cant believe my counselor is dead...
he was a well respected, kind, cencere, wonderful man...
everytime i needed a talk, he was always there for me...
he would make me beleive in myself and make me think that anything is possible if you just take a chance...
i used to go to Roosevelt middle school and i used to be a T.A. for him...
everytime i would go to his office and tell him that i wanted to get out of advanced english, but he would always tell me to try a semester and see what happens...a semester passed, he would say try another semester and see how you do in that class...but i just quit and went to regular....
now im gonna do everything so i can go back to advanced english...JUST FOR HIM...
i love you Mr. Grace
may God be with you
REST IN PEACE <3
I ALSO SAW MARIA'S MOTHER ON TV...AND FELT SO SORRY FOR HER.
I WORRIED JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE AND HOPED THAT THEY WOULD FIND HER IN ONE OF THE HOSPITALS.SADLY WHEN I CHECK FOR HER TODAY, HER NAME WAS ON THE LIST....
I FEEL FOR HER FAMILY AND KNOW THAT GOD WILL GIVE THEM STRENGTH. FOR HER FAMILY, SHE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU IN SPIRIT AND IN YOUR HEART..I LOST MY FATHER AND CAN STILL FEEL HIM ALL AROUND ME ALL THE TIME. SHE WILL STAY WITH YOU IN A WARM SPOT FOREVER.
BE STRONG.
You have served the Los Angeles Community through your work and dedication as an officer.
You have served and protect the streets of Los Angeles.
May the Lord be with you and your family.
Mr. Grace helped me out a lot my 7th and 8th grade year at Roosevelt Middle School. He was a very kind and loving man. He will be missed by many. R.I.P. Mr. Grace. We will pray for you.
Atul always wore a big smile that went along with his big heart. He was a good son who loved and respected his parents and worked hard to be an honor to them.
He would have been a wonderful doctor or medical researcher. This is not the fame for which he was destined. Our community is the worse for his loss.
My condolences to the Vyas family. It is not right that our young should precede us in death. Blessings and peace to you all.
I am hurt to know that a young life has been taking away from all of us Angelenos. I learned that Jacob was a Long Beach State 49er, I graduated from Long Beach State in 2006'. May the Lord have your spirit in Heaven, as you watch upon your family.
