Keep in mind
- The Times initially mispelled the name of Michael Hammersley and Beverly Mosley.
- The coroner's office reported a 26th victim the afternoon of Sept. 15, but a few hours later said the tally was 25.
Kari was my first friend when I moved here from San Diego in middle school at Placerita Jr. High.
She came up to me and asked if I was Korean. That's how we became friends. She and I...talked about Asian celebrities and hung out with LeiLani and Do Yeon every lunch and brunch.
She and I were the closest for my 7th grade year until she went to high school before me. She's the one who convinced me to join the tennis team or even try out. It didn't work out for me, but I hung out with her every lunch during 9th grade.
We hung out in the Asian group at our school next to the F building.
I don't know what to say.
I promised her we would hang out. I was going to see how fat her dog had gotten sometime.
I wish I had hung out and spent more time with her even after I got busier.
We had promised each other we would meet.
We made plans this FRIDAY.
How can she be gone?
Back in high school, Atul and I used to debate on the internet all the time. Unlike most debates on the internet, it was always civil and intelligent. I always had a lot of respect for Atul, both for his amazing ability and his amazing capacity for kindness. Looking back at all the debates we had, I have no problem saying he was right every time.
Although only meeting him in person just once, I owe my future career in the FAA to his guidance on the subject and his words of wisdom regarding a career for which he portrayed a great passion. September 22nd is to be my first day at BUR ATCT and will definitely be a somber one with the loss of Mr. Fuller. My condolences are with his family and my future coworkers whom he worked with daily.

Dennis, fique com Deus. Descanse em paz ao lado dos anjos.

RIP MR. GRACE
Ron Grace was my uncle. Reading all of the wonderful comments that are posted here has made my heart happy and sad all at the same time. Thank you to everyone for all of the support. I am sure Jan, Andrew and Brian appreciate them more than you will ever know. He will always be missed and he will always be loved. I didn't get to know him as well as I wanted to - too many miles apart, but he will never be forgotten. I love you Uncle Ron.
