Kari. You were a beautiful person inside and out. You and your family are in my prayers.

I don't know anybody who called him Ernest. He was just Pete. And like Peter in the Bible he was a rock. He was the kind of guy that would bake homemade cookies and take them to the homless shelter where he would sometimes volunteer and spend the night. Other people always came first with Pete. He was my friend and I will miss him.

I am so saddened by your loss. We also lost a dear, dear friend who was as well loved as Paul. I hope that your family and family of friends finds support and caring in the weeks to come. We will be there for our friend, Beverly.
We know that your friends will be there for you as well.
Teachers, nurses, firefighters and police have to come together in this terrible time and support one another.
Our collective hearts go out to you.

Roger or Rog, as his friends would call him, seized every moment to make sure everyone in his presence was in absolute stitches. When around him I could never just eat and watch a match, my hands were always self consciously buried in my face as I tried desperately to not bring attention to my loud bursts of laughers. My father and brother would do the same. My family was just always so pleased to be around him. He seemed to make everyone around him happier and this will how he will be remembered. My love and thoughts are with the Spacey's.

Ron, was just so "Ronnie"!I had the good pleasure of knowing Ronnie for over 30 years. Ronnie was my best friend Lori's brother, we met in College decades ago. Ronnie was always so much fun to be around, I can't believe he is gone.
I remember Jan & Ronnie, and hanging out in the gorgeous alley turned peaceful garden by Jan in Los Angeles many years before the boys were born. How devasting for them all that he is no longer here to hang out with.
To Jan and boys our hearts go out to you, and to Lori I will hug you soon. I can't believe how much I miss Ronnie!

Chris was a wonderful person. I worked with him at Adelphia. Although I didn't work closely with him I know he was a special person and well liked by his co-workers. He always was kind to me when I'd go over the the Newbury Park office. He will be missed. My heart is breaking right now. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. God Bless!

I worked with Greg and Tom C. Greg was always a true gentleman to me and also a good friend to both me and my husband, Roger. He had a very good sense of humor and was a delight to be around. We haven't worked together for some time now, but every time I was in the LA office I would make sure I stopped in to visit with my friend. Greg was a super father to his son and a devoted husband. God will bless Greg for all the good he did in this life. Be at peace Greg. We love you and will miss you.

I've known Donna for approximately seven years. As others have stated, when asked how you doing her answer was always "MARVELOUS".
Donna was the most conscientious MTA employee I have met. On more than one occasion when handling coverage at our location, she would not only take care of our divisions needs but would also do paperwork she didn't have time to do at her own busy location.
She told me once how much she enjoyed taking the train because of all the people she met. They would discuss books, movies, family and all sorts of topics. One night she arrive for work (early as usual)she pulled out a book on signing. I ask her why she was reading this type of book. Her reply: "There is a deaf passenger on the train, this way he can join in".
My very deepest condolence to her family especially and then to all of us who lost a very good person in our lives.

I heard of Alan's death via a city bulletin (my husband is BPD) and though neither of us knew him, I still looked for his profile on here. I literally cried reading that he & his wife were childhood sweethearts. My husband is mine & so I can't even imagine the pain. Please know our thoughts & prayers are with your family... Alan sounds like such a wonderful man. God Bless & be with you in your time of grief.
