On behalf of all those touched by Manuel's spirit, laughter, and heart in the SPHS Class of '94; our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Manuel and I were in theatre together, he ran track with my husband, and my father-in-law was his coach. He was a wonderful friend. Our families are all deeply saddened by his unfair and untimely death, at a time in his life when he was giving so much.

Rest in Peace little Manuel. You will be missed.

We most admire Doyle for his example of humility and love for his Savior and his family. Whenever you talked to him there was evidence of his faith in God and love for others. He was a dear friend to our family and there is so much about him that we will miss. Our love, prayers, and thoughts are with Claudia, Kelsey, Zachary, and Mackenzie.

Mike was my best friend. We met in the second grade in Miss Parrelli's class at Crestview Elementary School and became fast friends. We spent many days together over the next 20 years or so. We hadn't seen each other in years as I moved further and further away, ultimately ending up in Long Beach. I only learned of Mike's passing this morning (Sun.) as I just happened to be having breakfast with my sister at her home here in Simi Valley. Mike was my best friend and I'll miss him very much.

Intelligent. Friendly. Athletic. Musically gifted. A family man. And even silly at times. Individuals like this are hard to come by.

Thoughts and prayers to all who have had the privlege of knowing this incredible young man.

In band class, or anywhere in school for that matter, I would always give him a hug and call him Atubee Bear. He never liked it...but I wish I had done it more. He will definitely be missed.

I am sorry to say I didn't really know Donna, but she was a very familiar face on the train that was always very friendly. I sat accross from her Friday afternoon while she chatted to another gentleman next to me about Larry being in Hawaii and she was going home to fix dinner. We said our goodbye's in Chatsworth where I and the other gentleman got off. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family & friends.

Doyle was my friend. In a self-centered society, Doyle stood out as the antithesis... a man willing to give himself to others in so many ways. He has also been a great example to me of what a Godly husband and father look like. No one has loved his family greater than Doyle. And then there was his bedrock faith. No matter the storm, there was Doyle pointing you to the Lord. He, for me, has entered that 'great cloud of witnesses' commended for their faith and standing as encouragement to me to run the race with endurance.

Claudia... kids... we want so much to be with you now... holding on to you and crying with you. Please know that our hearts are there.
