Chris was a great co worker at Adelphia Communications, he was such a good natured guy, even when the office trashed his desk as a joke he took with a grin. I was just thinking about him on Thursday and Friday. My prayers are with his family and friends in this time of deep sadness. He will always be in memories of all that he touched throughout his lifes journey. Peace and Love. -George Riedl, Los Lunas, NM

I saw Maria's mother on the news the night of the crash. The pain in her voice as she waited for news of her daughter stayed with me all night long. I was so sad to see her name listed among the fatalities. I have a daughter almost the same age with big dreams and her whole life ahead of her. My heart aches for this woman who will never see her child grow up and live her dreams. May God bless and comfort your family. There are no words I can say to ease your pain, but just know that we are praying for you.

I didn't know Dennis, but want to send my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends at this difficult time.

I saw you Friday night on the news and was unable to sleep. I immediately called my daughter (who also works in the fashion industry downtown, LA) to make sure she was home safe. I cried and prayed that you would reunite with Maria. I stayed home all day Saturday - watching the news hoping to see that you had found your daughter. Unfortunately, I didn't see the family and feared for the worse. Your story touched so many.... As parents, we all worry about our "adult" children's safety. I am certain Maria's denim line, Diamond Rec... would've been a hit!

I woke up today hoping that what I found out last night was just a bad dream. The good die young, so true it is. Atul was so brilliant that at times, I admit I was slightly envious of how easy high school seemed for him. I knew he had the potential to do anything he wanted. Although years younger, Atul had such a diligent work ethic and he was always a positive role model for me. I will miss his witty humor and I will never forget the good times we shared on the basketball court. My thoughts and prayers are with the Vyas family. Atul will be deeply missed. Aseem, if you ever need anything at all, I'm a phone call away.

We never met Atul but always use to hear from his grandma (bhuasa) about his great feats. Our heart goes to the family who lost such a young and vibrant life. May god give family the strength to bear such a great loss.

Mr. Long was the best English teacher I ever had. His classes were the most memorable. We would get him off on tangents during every class yet somehow he would always tie it in to what we had been discussing. One of the most funny memories I have of him was when he was his dance to the Jumblie poem. Though few should forget that Mr. Long dressed up as Legolas from Lord of the Rings. I'm thankful that Mr. Long is in heaven with God now. He is in a better place than us. We will always miss you Mr. Long. See you soon in heaven.
