Keep in mind
- The Times initially mispelled the name of Michael Hammersley and Beverly Mosley.
- The coroner's office reported a 26th victim the afternoon of Sept. 15, but a few hours later said the tally was 25.
I will remember sharing dinners at Bev's favorite place, Cafe Bijou and how Bev always had a kind word to share and to encourage. It was fun, spending a short time in Las Vegas too for Bev's birthday weekend. These are memories never to be forgotton. I am honored to have known Bev personally and professionally. She was a person to admire.
To Bev's family, may you find comfort and peace in your hearts knowing that Bev was loved so very much and that her spirit will live forever.
Kari, I didn't know you that well. I saw you on the bus for the tennis games and you always put a smile on everyone's face. One of the sweetest girls I knew. We all miss you and love you always.

Chuck was my brother. I can't believe he will no longer be calling me from the airport to "come and get me". He was a great brother who was preparing for a wonderfull new life with my friend of many years, Andrea. We had many great camping trips together, and with Andrea. I will truly miss his sarcasim, his sense of humor, his love of family, and his backpack in front of our tv when he came to visit! Chuck I will greatly miss you and I will wait till we see each other again. Luv Ya
I was very shocked when I head that Mr.Grace died.Mr.Grace was an incredible person inside and out.He was my school caunceler and he was very good at whatever he did if it was to be a sports athlet for a team he would be the person who wold love to be on that team.Or if he needed to be the greatest counceler than he would be that.I pray that Mr.Graces family and friends would try to heal their hearts because of what happened to Mr.Grace.I wish his family and friends to live as healthy, strong and happy as possible.i will miss you very much Mr.Grace.
I deeply regret that I never had the pleasure of meeting Walt in person, but in my correspondence with him at work--through the normally-impersonal channels of phone calls and emails--his personality shone through. I knew him to be a kind, reliable, friendly, and honest person... and considering that's only from limited correspondence at work, I think that says a lot about the kind of guy he was. My thoughts and prayers are with him, and his family.
I always thought that one day I would pick up a newspaper and read about a discovery or a huge breakthrough that Atul achieved. Instead, I read about his sad, untimely death. Even though I only knew him in high school, he left an impression on me. He was a year behind me in school, yet I admired so many of his qualities. He had so much to offer this world and I am incredibly shocked by his death. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. You will certainly be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike's family during this very difficult time. Our deepest condolences for the Hammersley Family.
CONCDERNED: As a Union pacific conductor, This terrible accident would have NEVER HAPPENED, if their was "MORE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT CAB" , metrolink always has 1 person in the front cab as we have 2-3 sets of eyes, even with a "decent(incidents hidden from the media)" 15 year track record from metrolink, Your risking your life with these conditions and "PTC," because it only stops the train after a few miles which is too much time, and only stops that train, not the one coming head on with you full speed! So we need more people watching out for one another thats a fact, it is metrolinks fault anyway you slice it actually, but "obvioulsy" not directly, but my prayers go out to the ones who lost their lives, god bless!
