He was a dedicated and no-nonsense NCO who loved to have "army fun". It is with great sadness I post this as i just recently learned of his death. As I think back to the brief time we served together he was mission first but soldiers always. I hope that all who were close to him have found a peace that passes understanding in the knowledge he was he was doing what he loved to do. How many of us get to say that.
