I miss you Michael and I wish you were here to see for yourself that you were wrong. I mean no disrespect little brother but I have raised your nephew Jasen into a fine young man, great role model and the best buba little Michael could ever want. He graduates in May,2018 and next month he'll be 19. You have missed out on so much and things still get crasey but your family is doing just fine. We love and miss u MICHAEL. Rest until we meet again You are always in our hearts Sat, 23 Dec 2017 08:55:51 -0800 Amber Carpenter on March 28, 2015 https://projects.latimes.com/wardead/name/michael-j-crutchfield/#c177937 https://projects.latimes.com/wardead/name/michael-j-crutchfield/#c177937 my little brother Michael crutchfield was and is the strongest man I have ever known. He will never be forgotten he will never be looked down upon he is our hero. When we were kids he built things with his millions and millions of Legos played video games until his eyes burned I'd bring him a cold rag to put on his eyes and he played chess like nobodys business. Today Michael u are 30 years old lol and I wonder if u would be loosing your hair like our brother. I wanted you to no that I'm doing very well for myself and u have a new nephew that I named after you. I wanted him to have a strong name. Michael u can rest in peace knowing your family is ok and we are gonna make it. Michael I love you we all love you so until we meet again little brother. Hardly a day goes by son without me thinking about you. I wish wished that you never went into the state's care. I wish that you did not listen to a dead beat dad or absent grandmother who wanted me to abort you. I am so glad that did not do that. You were the light of my world. I now have moved on. Jesus has given me another chance I now make the most of it. There will be a call from heaven and I know you will hear and be raised from the grave I intend to do everything I can do to be there to greet you with open arms. Until that great day son I will myself to do everything I can to obey my heavenly king. I never stoped loving you son. Today I choose to be a stronger person for it. I can not change the past but I can change the future. There will be justice one fine day son. Love you now and forever son. There has been so much good written about you it makes me feel so good to have had known you and to have had you living under my roof like a son, I just wish I could have been more of a father and seen what you were going through but you were very good at keeping yourself shielded. I will always be proud of your self driven accomplishments in life, the fact that you got up every day for school and rain or shine would roller blade yourself the distance to school. I remember the times that I gave you and Nick a ride and would sometimes join you two in the weight room to lift a few even though that brute of a son of mine would show us both up it was always a fun time. I could go on and on but will keep it short, I will always remember you as a son I had for only a short time but I will never forget you and your drive. I know you are now the watchful eye over the rest of us still here, in case you didn't know your sister Kristen's wedding is next month June 15,2013. I know you will love how beautiful she looks in her dress and in your own way will be there to help her celebrate. I will always love you son, Richard Duarte....
