Victor is sleeping and our heavenly father Jehovah God promised a resurrection at (John 5:28, 29)it says in part..."he will call and all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. What a joyous time that will be! There will be peace on the earth, no more wars (Psalms46:9) "...all wars will cease to the extremity of the earth" Mon, 27 May 2013 07:19:29 -0700 Man on the mountain on June 10, 2012 https://projects.latimes.com/wardead/name/victor-h-cervantes/#c77274 https://projects.latimes.com/wardead/name/victor-h-cervantes/#c77274 Today is my life day 7 years later, I will never forget that day on the mountain my friend, I live my life for you my friend, if not for you and Dave I don't know what this would be. I have your name on my shoulder carved for eternity so when we meet you will remember me, I was there and you didn't die for nothing. It is too easy to give up my friend so I live everyday in your memory. No one can understand this bond or what it means except for us. I'm sorry I never made it down the mountain to you, maybe things would be different. I am broken but bet not dead. Rest my friend the war is over for us. I will see you when I see you . Life, like a mist, appears for just a day, Then disappears tomorrow. All that we are can quickly fade away, Replaced with tears and sorrow. If a man should die, can he live again? Hear the promise God has made: (Chorus) 2. Friends of our God, though they may pass away, Will never be forsaken. All those asleep who in God’s mem’ry stay, From death he will awaken. Then we’ll come to see all that life can be: Paradise eternally. (CHORUS) He will call; The dead will answer. They shall live at his command. For he will have a longing For the work of his own hand. So have faith, and do not wonder, For our God can make us stand. And we shall live forever, As the work of his own hand. ( John 6:40; 11:11, 43; Jas. 4:14.)
