My family went to his service & I promised her that we would never forget their son. I just wanted them to know every memorial day I wear his picture pin so others can see his face. Being a vietnam vet my self I have often pondered if there will ever be and end to war and suffering? I have studied various ideoligies, philosphies and so call enlighten think tank organization of this world and none of them have come close to viable answer or solution. Until I took a close look at God's word the Holy Bible[ 2Timothy 3:16, 17] that i come to the realization that the Almighty God (Jehovah)(Psalms 83:18) will bring about a Kingdom(Government) by means of his son(Jesus) - Matthew 6:10. Jesus as earth new ruler will cause wars to cease: " He is making wars to cease to the extremity of the earth." [Psalms 46:9). The Bible tells us at Revelation 21:3-5 That God will wipe away all tears and death and mourning and out cry will be no more. The Bible teaches that millions in the grave will be resurrected(John 5:28,29). In conclusion, the Holy Scriptures tells us that individuals like Michael will be resurrected her to live on earth forever (Psalms 37:28,29).
