As is stated above, your loved one decided to reenlist in his service to his country, thus, giving his life for a cause he believed in. Some 2000 years ago,Jesus gave his life for all ,so that one day, we might live as originally intended by a loving God, Jehovah. Genesis 1:28 states, " Further, God blessed them and God said to them: " Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection, the fish of the sea, and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth." So our original purpose was to be a happy human family, caring for the animals and the earth, and to give praise and glory and honor to our Creator. Rev 4:11. There was no intention of the sufferings, and strife, and wars, and death, that we now experience. But because these conditions came to exist in the human family, a loving Creator made provisions for his precious son to be a ransom sacrifice. And Jesus's promise at John 5:28 states, "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out,.." We can be assured of this, because Jesus brought back to life many individuals, when he was alive on the earth. Luke 8:49-56. This resurrection hope will bring blessings to righteous mankind. Imagine, welcoming back your loved one from the dead with a sound body. Yes, it sounds unbelievable, but it is a promise from a God of love, whose name is Jehovah. 1 John 4:8. I hope these scriptures provide encouragement for your future, and that of your lost loved one.
